How to protect the skin around your eye(Part 1)

Have you been frightened by the sight of your puffy raccoon-kind of eyes in the mirror each day in the morning? Well now there is a good way to fix it up! This is quite important keeping in mind the fact that the skin around your eyes are quite special and one that is most prone to aging signs. You can use these wonderful natural remedies:

1 EAT RIGHT: For complete health, a balanced meal is quite essential. Unless you provide your body with the necessary vitamins and minerals, your skin will never be right. This is because our skin condition is directly related to the type of diet we consume. A healthy diet plan will help you to get rid of unwanted toxins from your body and this in turn will help you improve your skin texture. Also drastic reduction in salt levels can help you avoid water retention within your body – especially in your abdomen and eyes.

2 SLEEP RIGHT: Your body deserves a sleep of around 8-9 hours each day. However most of us with busy lifestyles tend to overlook this important factor of our life and tire out ourselves. Just a little bit of rest could go miles in solving those tired puffy eyes out! 

3 EAT MORE FRESH FRUITS: The free radicals that damage your body’s cells can be restored only with the help of nutrients like copper and Vitamin C – found mainly in fruits. This is why apart from a well-balanced diet you also need to increase the intake of fruits in your daily food intake. This will help you to even delay the signs of aging like wrinkles, fine lines and other discoloration problems around the eyes.

4 DRINK MORE WATER: Apart from a well-balanced meal and lots of fruits, you need plenty of water intakes to flush out the toxins from your body. You need to have at least 8 glasses of water daily. This will help you to do away with that tired look around your eyes and restore the skin elasticity as well. 

5 STOP SQUINTING: If you are near-sighted, there are chances that you squint your eyes a lot. Even otherwise, some people tend to squint every now and then. This could be a reason for early occurrence of ‘crow’s feet’ or laugh lines. Such motion wrinkles can be avoided by getting your vision checked and making use of proper glasses for proper eyesight.

6 AVOID HEAVY MAKEUP: Harsh chemical based makeup might look good and you might again need such harsh chemicals to remove it off as well. Although makeup can add to your appearance presently, it could do big damage to your skin – especially ring in early onset of aging signs near your eyes. So you need to go light on your makeup.
